Kendric is a seasoned healthcare entrepreneur with over twenty-years of experience in mergers & acquisitions, executive management, and drug development. He is Founder and CEO of VivaMed, a life sciences company that licenses and develops university-discovered drug assets to phase 2 “Proof of Concept”. During his tenure at VivaMed, he has worked with over 30 university partners in 13 different countries, developed over 150 drug assets, and gained regulatory approval for 39 drugs.

Kendric is also Managing Partner of Bass & Weber, a private equity group that acquires, improves, and sells undervalued healthcare concerns to “roll up” platform companies, where he has closed 52 deals over 18 years, to date. Kendric also manages a small family office in the midwest and is an active member of his family’s foundation that supports increasing access to the humanities among indigent communties.
